About Us

Child Evangelism Fellowship (CEF) is a Bible-centered, worldwide, faith mission organization composed of born-again believers established in Chicago, Illinois in 1937 with the following objectives :

TO EVANGELIZE boys and girls with the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ
TO DISCIPLE them with the Word of God for Christian Living
TO CHANNEL them to the local Bible-believing churches

Now operating in 160 countries including the Philippines, CEF has been sharing the vision for more than 70 years now through its different ministries. We thank God for people in the Board and Local Committees; for full-time staff, volunteer workers, prayer and share partners serving together for the sake of the children and making up the biggest children’s ministry worldwide.

In the Philippines, renewed vision marks these past few years - with a prayer and resolve to see CEF in place in 120 areas by year 2017 giving every Filipino child the chance to hear the Good News through Good News Club® (GNC) in every Barangay and Elementary School Values Education Class (ESVEC‍) in every school.

Between the year 2009 and 2017, CEF Philippines will by faith, attempt to establish 66 new local areas; establish 30 regional centers; deploy 240 new fulltime workers; evangelize three million new children every year; and disciple one million of them yearly.

The task is big, the need is great! We invite you to join us TURN the VISION into REALITY!

For Mr O, "It seemed utterly impossible to respond to a worldwide call, unknown…and with so little ability for the task…" but because he "decided to begin with one day at a time" and placed his faith in the Lord, God saw to it that His work come to fruition -- reaching even the
Philippine shore. That was more than fifty years ago.

CEF Philippines' Full-Time Missionaries

“It is not the will of your Father Who is in heaven that one of these little ones should perish.” (Matthew 18:14)

These words of the Lord Jesus Christ made the difference to our people so they heeded the call and responded to the challenge. Shunning away from personal pursuits and ambitions, they have chosen to go the “field” and serve as full-time missionaries with one thing in mind – to win and disciple children for Christ.

Responding to the call not only means they have given up on their personal ambitions, it also means they will be serving by faith – trusting God to provide for their needs everyday through His people.

Meet the men and women, who have dedicated their lives for the children. They serve at the National Office and the various Local Areas in the Philippines. Some have also accepted the challenge of reaching the children Overseas, others chose to leave their own land and come to the Philippines as Foreign Missionaries.

The ministry of CEF is a partnership between YOU and the workers. Our workers serve by faith and your continued financial and prayer support means thousands, even millions more of the children will be won for Christ.
